Sport TV, Meo reach agreement in principle

Sport TV and Meo have reached an agreement in principle for the continued transmission of Sport TV's five premium sports channels for subscribers of the pay-TV operator, sources close to the process confirmed to Observador. Meo accepted the main clauses of the Sport TV proposal; the encrypted sports channel producer has extended the deadline and given Portugal Telecom/Altice until the end of September so that the definitive agreement with Meo is signed.
