Spotify most popular OTT music platform in Mexico

Spotify is the most popular OTT music platform in Mexico, preferred by 64.1 percent of the country's 4.2 million registered digital music subscribers, representing an annual growth of 19.4 percent, according to a report from The Competitive Intelligence Unit (CIU). An estimated 64.3 percent of internet users in Mexico access music content via the internet, equivalent to 41.6 million people, having grown by 78 percent over the past year. Google Play is the second most popular platform with a 12.3 percent share, followed by Apple Music (8.1%), Claro Musica (7.4%), Tidal (2.1%), Deezer (1.8%)
