Swaziland Posts and Telecommunications (SPTC) says plans are under way to re-launch its fixed-mobile Fixedfones, Times of Swazi reported. SPTC Head of Marketing, Charles Ndlovu, said that all 50,000 customers would have their old handsets modified.
