Spusu may take Telefonica to court over German market entry

Telefonica Deutschland is hampering attempts by mobile telephony discounters to enter the market, according to an excerpt on the WirtschaftsWoche (WiWo) website from an article to appear in this week's paper copy of the business magazine. It said that Mass Response, which trades in Austria under the brand Spusu, says it will go to court if need be, in order to expand into Germany.
