SRG posts solid profit for 2017 despite drop in revenues

Swiss public broadcaster SRG SSR recorded a profit of CHF 29.5 million in 2017, despite a drop in revenues of CHF 46.1 million. During the year, the company appointed a new management, setting new priorities. The broadcaster launched several own production programmes and implemented several cooperation projects with private media companies. The full annual report will be published on 30 April.
