Sri Lanka's Mobitel joins GSMA APAC IoT Partnership Programme

Sri Lanka operator Mobitel has joined the GSMA APAC IoT Partnership Programme at the Smart City Summit & Expo event in Taiwan.At end-2018, the GSMA announced that 14 mobile operators across the Asia Pacific region, including Celcom, Dialog, DTAC, M1, Maxis, Ncell, Optus, Robi, Smart, Smartfren, Singtel, True, XL and Xpand have joined the GSMA APAC IoT Partnership Programme. The APAC IoT Programme represents a Internet of Things (IoT) community in the region, with over 500 partners including mobile operators, consultants, developers, manufacturers, system integrators and vertical services
