St. Lucia govt picks Avaya platform

Avaya announced that the Government of St. Lucia implemented a full stack platform which enables the country to save as much as 25 percent of its previous communications budget. The platform, which includes networking, contact centre and unified communications platforms and applications, simplifies management and administration while enabling better service to residents and vacationers.
