Standard & Poor's downgrades Oi ratings

Brazilian telecommunications operator Oi announced that Standard & Poor's has reviewed the credit rating attributed to the company and downgraded the long-term global scale credit rating from CCC to CCC-. At the same time, S&P has downgraded the long-term domestic scale credit rating from brCCC to brCCC-. The outlook is negative.
