StarHub launches enterprise SD-WAN service with ngena

Singapore operator StarHub has launched a Software-defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) service in partnership with the Next Generation Enterprise Network Alliance (ngena). As a partner of ngena, StarHub is connected to a single global network through a common platform that integrates all alliance partners' networks. This allows StarHub to offer managed SD-WAN services to serve enterprises with geographically distributed operations. According to StarHub, the service is controlled by software, thus enterprises can avoid investment in routing hardware, enable faster network deployment at overseas
