StarTimes launches services in Zimbabwe

African pay -V provider StarTimes has launched in Zimbabwe under the StarSat brand, TechZim reported. StarTimes country manager Brenda Matshazi said the company had secured a DTH licence and was in the process of setting up operations. According to the report, StarSat decoders will be available for the equivalent of USD 36 with five packages costing between USD 9 and USD 19. Content to be available on StarSat includes English Premier League matches, Bundesliga, La Liga, Chinese movies, Indian movies, African movies (iRoko), AMC series, Fox Lie, Discovery, SABC 1, SABC 2, SABC 2, Nat Geo &
