StarTimes Uganda to introduce digital TV sets

Star Times Uganda has introduced digital TV sets, which it hopes will expand its coverage, reports The Monitor. Vice President Aldrine Nsubuga said that electronics that are not convertible may cause hardship, hence the introduction of the plug-and-watch television sets, to save at least 60 percent of the expenses spent monthly on power.
