State attorneys general examine AT&T, DirecTV deal - report

State attorneys general working to decide if Comcast's deal to buy Time Warner Cable is legal have expanded their investigation to include AT&T's plans to purchase DirecTV, according to sources close to the merger probe, reported Reuters.
