Stiftung Warentest finds 41,000 Mobilcom-Debitel, Vodafone, Klarmobil customers received incorrect invoices

The mobile service providers Mobilcom-Debitel, Vodafone and Klarmobil have sent incorrect invoices to 41,000 customers, for third-party services such as videos, or other "services", the Stiftung Warentest found. The bills were calculated by Infin but customers did not receive details about services used. Infin informed customers at their request that it had neither "provided" nor "calculated" the services.
