Storm Urd hits part of Norway emergency communications grid

Storm Urd had left 40 of Norway's 2,100 emergency network base stations out of operation at approximately 22:00 hrs on 26 December, according to national broadcaster NRK's website. Its source was the civil contingencies agency DSB.
