Strasbourg city hall produces radio emissions map

Monday 15 June 2015 | 11:16 CET | News
The city of Strasbourg, France, has developed a 3D map of electromagnetic emissions based on data received from the four networks' 1,700 antennas in the city, reports France Mobiles. The map displays the different levels of exposure, ranging from light blue for the lowest to red for the highest. Nevertheless, the city does not provide all of the data, choosing instead to require that residents contact it to obtain specific information about their neighbourhood. The city is monitoring areas where emissions are greater than 7 Volts/meter and will take measures to eliminate them.
