Study finds 4.3 million Brits still without any basic digital skills

There are 4.3 million people (8%) in the UK with zero Basic Digital Skills, down by 470,000 from 2017, according to the 2018 UK Consumer Digital Index from Lloyds Bank, which measures the financial and digital capability of people in the UK.
