Subscription TV, ISPs lead customer satisfaction in Q1

Subscription TV and internet service providers are the most improved for Q1 2014, according to the latest Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI-UK). Mobile phones and landlines also saw improvements, with the overall national level of customer satisfaction up 0.1 percent to 75.6 on a 0-100 scale. Mobile networks did not show any customer satisfaction improvement in Q1. Customer satisfaction with subscription TV increased 4.4 percent to 71, with viewers much more satisfied with the largest TV providers, Sky and Virgin Media, than they were a year ago.
