Sunrise places CHF 200 million, 1.5% notes and completes refinancing

Sunrise has placed CHF 200 million inaugural Swiss domestic senior secured notes due 2024 with a coupon of 1.5 percent. The issue price was set at 100.2 percent of the nominal amount and redemption will be at par. Settlement of the notes is expected to occur on 27 June, and the net proceeds of the notes will be used for general corporate purposes.
