Sunrise suffers from prepaid, landline slump in Q3

Swiss network operator Sunrise has reported limited revenue growth and EBITDA in Q3 compared to 2015 on the back of slowing landline and prepaid sales. Sunrise revenue in Q3 2016 was CHF 478 million, down 1 percent on the same quarter last year. EBITDA also softened by 4 percent, from CHF 164 million in Q3 2015 to CHF 156 million in Q3 2016. Nonetheless, the company had a net income of 22 million for the latest quarter, up from 14 million in the year prior.
