Superfast Essex project brings forward second phase

The Superfast Essex project has confirmed that the delivery timescale for the second phase has been brought forward by almost a year. Work is now due to start in 2016, immediately after the current roll-out programme ends, and is expected to be completed in 2019. The fibre broadband programme aims to reach 95 percent of the county.
