Surfline Ghana blames internet service loss on technical challenges

A section of customers of the ISP Surfline Ghana have expressed frustration over a seeming internet blackout by the company, reports Ghananews. Some customers said they had not had any internet service for three days. On 31 July, Surfline on posted an apology on its Facebook account, blaming "technical challenges", but some users did not take the apology lightly on social media.
