SVA releases open caching requirements, QoE guidelines

Industry forum Streaming Video Alliance (SVA) has released its open caching systems functional requirements and quality of experience (QoE) guidelines. The requirements and guidelines help define new industry architectures and contribute to building best practices across the streaming video ecosystem. The SVA also welcomed several new members at it quarterly meeting in New York City, including MediaMelon, Nagra, Nice People at Work and System73.
