Svyaznoy grows sales from smartphone set-up service

Russian mobile retail chain Svyaznoy announced a 35 percent increase in 2017 in the volume of services provided to customers to help set-up their mobile phones, reports Cnews.ru.  The main driver was increased sales of smartphones and other devices costing more than RUB 30,000. The sales, in units, jumped by 55 percent. Customers buying more expensive devices more often use the set-up service.
