Swan encounters competitors' resistance in national roaming

Slovak fourth mobile operator Swan, which gained an LTE licence at the end of 2013 and so far has been present in the market only as a fixed triple-play operator, admitted at a press conference that when launching its mobile operations, its expectations were exaggerated. The operator relied on national roaming on the networks of the other mobile operators, but commercial negotiations with the competitors got stuck. Swan is now depending on regulator RU to intervene.
