Swaziland SPTC board set to be fired again - report

The controversial Swaziland Posts and Telecommunications Corporation (SPTC) board of directors could be sacked, the Swazi Observer reported, citing sources close to the government. It said the cabinet could endorse the dismissal of the board after it defied an order to cancel the SEACOM deal worth over EUR 40 million and over its reluctance to reinstate SPTC members fired from the MTN board. The board members that were fired are Walter Bennett, Winnie Nxumalo, Nokuthula Mthembu, Moses Zungu, and Mfanasibili Ndlovu. According to the daily, sources revealed that replacements have been
