Sweden tests emergency warning sirens

The Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) tested the VMA public warning system, known as Hesa Fredrik (Hoarse Fredrik), on 04 September. The outdoor sirens are tested on the first Monday of March, June, September and December.
