Swedes complain most about lost connections

Lost connections were the biggest cause for complaint in the first quarter, according to Swedish postal and telecoms regulator PTS. Customers complained about dropped mobile and fixed calls as well as lost fixed broadband connections, it said. They also said operators failed to give them enough information, or accurate information, about when they could expect service to be restored.
