Swedish broadband quality council holds first meeting to discuss excavation permits

Swedish postal and telecoms regulator PTS said Quality Council met for the first time on 18 December. The council was formed with highways agency Trafikverket and members of the telecoms sector to discuss ways of making applications for excavation permits along the road network as smooth and efficient as possible. Those attending expressed the need to clarify matters that currently cause uncertainty when it comes to digging applications.
