Swedish internet foundation aims to curb troll factory influence on adults ahead of election

Swedish internet foundation IIS said it is launching a public education scheme called Internet Knowledge ahead of the general election on 09 September 2018, to teach adults how to judge the veracity of information appearing online. It said troll factories are generating what appear to be believable news articles, and images that stir up feelings on social media are sometimes presented out of their correct context.
