Swedish internet foundation sells domain name registry to Loopia

Swedish internet foundation IIS said it has sold its domain registry business .SE Direkt to Swedish hosting company Loopia, with effect from mid-February. IIS has owned the domain name re-seller .SE Direkt since 2009. IIS decided to sell it in October and received several expressions of interest, and picked Loopia as the buyer.
