Swedish metro grid prices mostly no lower than TeliaSonera's

Swedish postal and telecoms regulator PTS has brought out a report on metro networks, as part of its analyses of network infrastructure access and broadband access (markets four and five). It said PTS' fibre optic market price regulation, set in May 2011, has an indirect effect on metro networks. It said its study shows that metro networks' prices generally are no lower than those charged by TeliaSonera. Price regulation has not been a decisive factor in uncertainty about profitability or investment plans for most of the metro networks involved. More significant are legal conditions for
