Swedish municipalities need plan to bridge digital divide

Every Swedish local council should have a digital agenda, as 40 percent of the population lacks access to high-speed broadband and so risks being left out of the digital society. So said Christer Mattsson, senior advisor at research institute Acreo in an article on the Dagens Samhalle website, published by municipal and local council association SKL.
