Swedish operators tackle vexatious telemarketing techniques

Swedish postal and telecoms regulator PTS said AllTele, TDC, Tele2 Sweden, Telenor Sweden, TeliaSonera and Hi3G (3 Sweden) have presented a plan to tackle abusive telesales techniques, whereby people find they have been signed up as customers without their consent. This was this biggest area of complaints in 2013-2014. The plan was presented at the PTS markets day on 15 April.
