Swedish PTS loosens wholesale broadband regulations

Friday 20 February 2015 | 12:24 CET | News
Swedish regulator PTS said it is to loosen broadband regulation, chiefly because of positive developments in the market, but also because PTS now has new tools at its disposal thanks to changes in the law and new European Union recommendations. Regulation of the market for centralised access (3B) will be discontinued, and on the market for local access (3a), price regulation will gradually be reduced.
