Swedish PTS sees no need to regulate dark fibre

Thursday 21 March 2013 | 09:42 CET | News

It concluded that wholesale customers have access to dark fibre, in some places from several suppliers, and that pricing seems reasonable. PTS said it will review the situation within three years.
