Swedish PTS sets data retention remuneration levels

Swedish postal and telecoms regulator PTS has set compensation levels for companies providing stored data to law enforcement agencies. For data that require technical skill to locate and submit, the compensation will be SEK 525 for each submission during office hours, or SEK 790 outside office hours. For data that do not require such specialist knowledge, operators will be paid SEK 150 per submission within office hours or SEK 170 outside office hours.
