Swedish PTS warns against use of foreign cordless phones

Swedish postal and telecoms regulator PTS has warned against the use of imported cordless DECT telephones that interfere with other radio receivers. It said equipment that does not comply with EU standards is illegal to use. DECT phones made for the US market and lacking the CE mark should not be brought in to Sweden and used.
