Swedish telecoms operators should prevent recurrences of service disruption and privacy breaches

Sweden communications regulator PTS said major operators are good at taking corrective measures after service disruption and privacy breaches but there are too many recurrences. In its report of incidents in 2018, it said providers are following the rules on reporting problems to PTS and taking action, but there is room for improvement.
