Swedish users most dislike dropped calls and web cut-offs

Swedish postal and telecoms regulator PTS said most of the complaints it received in the final quarter of 2014 concerned dropped calls and broken internet connections, but there was a relatively large number of contacts regarding poor mobile coverage. PTS said it has been working on the issue of mobile reception, hence its recent agreement with operators to improve their coverage maps. At the same time, complaints about customers being forcibly contracted to operators without their consent have reduced, and such unsolicited services are now the third largest problem.
