Swedish watchdog PTS gets SEK 5 mln to help old people stay in touch during pandemic

Swedish communications regulator PTS said the government has commissioned it to take action to help older people use online communication products and services, so they can stay in touch with others during the virus pandemic. The governement has granted SEK 5 million for the project and PTS is due to report back on 31 March 2021. Efforts will be directed towards people living in care residences and those who are living under quarantine.
