Swiss Federal Supreme Court confirms fine of CHF186 mln for Swisscom

Swisscom said that the Federal Supreme Court has confirmed the fine of CHF 186 million imposed on it, after rejecting its appeal against the Federal Administrative Court's 2015 ruling over improper pricing. The ruling will not affect Swisscom's annual financial statements for 2019, and its guidance for the current financial year remains unchanged.
