Swiss Government adopts amendment to internet domain regulation

The Swiss Government has adopted an amendment of the regulation on internet domains, reported Inside-IT.ch. The original regulation, as well as the amendment, are available on the regulator Bakom's website. The main change is that for the purpose of cyber-crime prevention, it will be possible to block the domains .ch and .swiss if they are involved even indirectly with crime such as phishing and malware.
