Swiss IT Security takes over Intellec, Zapp It

Swiss IT Security announced that it and the management team have taken over Intellec for an undisclosed sum, as well as the acquisition of Zapp It. The company added that it is in talks with other potential targets in Germany, Austria and Switzerland to continue its expansion.
