Swiss MGI Group to deploy telecom monitoring and control system in Niger

Swiss firm, MGI Group has been chosen to set up a telecom monitoring and control system in Niger, Ecofin reported, citing a government statement. The contract was awarded by private treaty without competition. The project has benefited from XAF 13.5 billion excluding taxes provided by the National Agency for the Information Society (ANSI) and the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (ARCEP).
