Swiss telecom ombudsman sees small rise in complaints

The Swiss telecom ombudsman saw a small increase of 2.5 percent in the number of queries received in 2016, according to its annual report. It resolved more demands than in 2015, at 5,273, while the number of cases going to conciliation fell to 1,330. The ombudsman said value-added services remained the number one source of complaints, accounting for almost a third of the total.
