Swisscom gives customers on old mobile subscriptions more time before switch to dearer ones

Many Swisscom customers with old mobile subscriptions are being forced to switch involuntarily to a new one, says the Swiss consumer protection organisation Konsumentenschutz.ch. The fact that the new subscription is dearer and that the change will take place within only 30 days has been subject to much criticism. As a result, Swisscom has promised to improve its communication and give at least 60 days for the change.
