Swisscom sees mobile data usage quadruple during 2010

Swisscom has the data usage volume on its mobile network quadruple during 2010, according to CEO Carsten Schloter in an interview with Swiss newspaper Handelszeitung. He said that Swisscom is able to expand the capacity of its network keeping up with the increase demand for mobile data, while at the same time making less money from the service as the price per MB has dropped by almost 50 percent during 2010.
