Syniverse appoints Celestini as Chief Security, Risk Officer

Syniverse has announced the appointment of Philip Celestini as Chief Security and Risk Officer, with effect from 16 July. Before joining the company, Celestini was most recently Special Agent in Charge of the Intelligence Division at the FBI's Washington Field Office.
