Syniverse in talks for USD 750 mln investment from Twilio ahead of possible IPO - report

Cloud-communications firm Twilio is expected to announced an investment of up to USD 750 million in Syniverse Technologies, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing sources close to the matter. The move could value Syniverse, owned by private equity firm Carlyle Group, at USD 2-3 billion including debt.
