T-2 owner appeals to constitutional court

Slovenian company Garnol, which own 98.06 percent of telecommunications operator T-2, has lodged a complaint before the Constitutional Court against the decision of the Ljubljana Higher Court to started bankruptcy proceedings at T-2 and called for the suspension of the decision, report Delo. Garnol claims it has obtained the opinion of several prominent legal experts that the high court acted on several points unlawfully and contrary to the Constitution.
